Applications are invited for 8 posts of Part-time Lecturers in LAW at an
honorarium of Rs. 8000/- per month (fixed) for the academic session 2008-
09. Candidates should have (i) good acdemic record with at least 55% marks
in LL.M. (50% in case of SC/ST/Physically & Visually handicapped
candidates), 50% marks in LL.B. examination (45% in case of SC/ST/Physically
& Visually handicapped candidates)and should have cleared NET* or (ii) LL.B.
degree with at least 55% marks and at least 10 years practice at the Bar/10
years employment experience at officer level with experience of
application/enforcement of the relevant branch of Law/10 years experience as
Chartered Accountant. The candidate should not be more than 65 years of age.
Bio-data (eight eopies), on plain paper,along with attested copies of
certificates should reach Deputy Registrar (Estt.), Panjab University,
Chandigarh under Registered Cover/personally by hand up to 2.00 p.m. on
12.6.2008.

*the candidates having Ph.D degree in the concerned subject are exempted
from NET for Post-graduate level and Under-graduate level teaching. The
candidates having M.Phil degree in the concerned subject are exempted from
NET for Under-graduate level teaching only. This would be effective from
14.06.2006"
